Looking at a ticking clock changed my life.

I was guy with a clouded mind and that’s problematic as I’ve already embarked on my career. Responsibilities most of the time peep for my meticulous attention. I’m failing to give required attention and focus can be disastrous and costly. Hence it had become a dire necessity for me to figure out a way out from the clutter I’ve nurtured as a habit. And Eureka, I found a way a few days back and it works like magic. A reliable way to surmount the enmity between my mind and I. So simple and let me reveal it to you.

Just sit, no matter what your mood is, keep your eyes on the second hand of a ticking clock. Then slowly count the number of minutes whenever the clock completes a round. Do it for a few minutes and you’ll be having a clear mind.

It normally takes 3–4 minutes to make an impact on me but it’s really effective. I once did this technique when I was angry and it soothed me so well. Life is too short to let calamities happen within ourselves. So try new things, the simple ones which can help you to have a still mind and be mindful.

Stay Safe. Stay Happy.
